Jason excels with numbers, continuing to substantiate his data driven approach which has led to a sales listing discount average within 3% of ask, and a buy side discount averaging above 10% off ask. Jason has represented some of the most exclusive properties in NYC, and has represented some of the top developers in the city such as Silverstein Properties, The Elad Group, LENY, Sumaida + Khurana, and Azimuth Development Group. Spending nearly his whole life in New York City, Jason continuously refers to Manhattan as his own backyard. Jason is an avid sports fan, and spends his free time playing golf, tennis and basketball competitively. At heart he is a family man, loving every moment spent with his wife Michelle and son Noah.
